Aliki qualified as a dentist from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Hospital in 2008 before working as a senior house officer in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry. She then spent 3 years training as a specialist registrar in Orthodontics at the University of Manchester, obtaining her membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2014 and her Masters of research degree with distinction.
In the same year she was awarded a prize for her excellence in her treated clinical cases by the British Orthodontic Society. Aliki then went on to complete a further two years of post CCST training at the Royal London Hospital, obtaining her Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship Examination from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2016. She is currently a clinical research fellow at the Royal London Hospital, where she is undertaking research towards her PhD and has been awarded a research grant by the Royal College of Surgeons and British Orthodontic Society.
Aliki has a keen interest in the provision of aesthetic orthodontics as well as treating more complex orthodontic cases to a high standard. She welcomes patients of all ages and is experienced in all contemporary types of orthodontic appliances, including lingual systems and clear aligners, such as Invisalign.
