Mel Davis

Mel has been at The Neem Tree since its doors opened as Patient Care Manager.

My role constitutes many things, but most importantly I love taking care of all our patients’ needs, always greeting them with a friendly smile, welcoming them into the practice and making sure that they are getting the best customer care. I also manage our amazing, highly-skilled team, who are like a family to me.

The practice has grown tenfold since I started and it has grown into a much needed, well-known dental hub locally.

A family feel is very important at our Esher Practice. Our patients love coming in for a chat whilst they are waiting and  most like to feel a part of our dental family here. They get a village feel, but with state-of-the-art equipment.

I love life and try to live it to the full – life’s too short right !

I love keeping fit, skiing and dancing. I miss travel and when we are allowed to I aim to venture to as many different countries as I can!

I adore meeting up with my friends and family for good old catch-up over a coffee or glass of wine. I also love theatre and dining out after a great show.
