Dr Shivani Patel

Shivani completed her undergraduate training at Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental Institute in London where she qualified with honours.

Following several years in general practice, she was accepted on a two year Enhanced Clinical Periodontics training programme at Kings College London. She has also taught dental undergraduate students at King’s College University.

Shivani has been recently selected to study for a Masters programme in Periodontics at the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

Shivani now spends her time in practice providing advanced non-surgical periodontal treatment, as well as general dental treatment.

Shivani lives locally in Esher, has a gentle approach and is committed to delivering high quality care to her patients. She strongly believes in taking the time to show patients how to take responsibility for the own oral health and thereby preventing disease. She enjoys treating children and has a young family herself so understands the approach needed with children.

When Shivani is not at work and doing school runs, she enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her family.
