By far the best practice I’ve used. I first visited The Neem Tree for an emergency root canal with Dr Anand carrying out the procedure. It was evident just how intelligent and professional he was during a very informative consultation. I was both surprised and delighted upon the session ending as I hadn’t experienced any of the discomfort I was anticipating having never had a root canal before.I followed this up with regular hygienist appointments with Alice who’s wealth of knowledge changed my habits for the better overnight. She’s gone above and beyond in our sessions and I truly felt my wellbeing was the only priority. Feeling as if in your in the right hands with people that truly care really matters, Alice made me feel just this from the get-go.The rest of the team I’ve encountered have been delightful, it’s refreshing the find a practice with such a high level of expertise matched with their care for the customer. I’ve since sent friends their way and will continue to do so.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I booked my children in to see Alice for a hygienist appointment. One of my children has SEN and can become distressed in new situations. Alice was not only wonderful personally in her interaction with my children - in being so fun, friendly and informative but left them with sparkling, fresh teeth. Highly recommended and it’s a lovely dentist to be in too.

Definitely recommend! I managed to schedule an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning to fix a broken veneer. As I was in the city visiting for the week. Fatima was great through the whole process, very bubbly and welcoming. Dr. Alejandro did a wonderful job at repairing my tooth. My whole visit was really pleasant.

I’ve had Invisalign over the past few years here. I’ve been seen by Dr Nuno, Aliki and Joana and my teeth have been transformed. I recently saw Alice for a hygienist appointment. I was so happy with the service! The receptionist was so bubbly, and the hygienist was SO good. Diego genuinely cared, was so professional, cleaned my teeth perfectly, got rid of a stain that a previous dentist said wasn't possible, and gave me so much information on next steps. Had to see a dentist urgently because of extraordinary pain from my wisdom tooth. I googled dentist nearby which is open on Saturday and went to Neem Tree Dental directly as it opened in the morning. Without any difficulties, I got an appointment a few hours later. The dentist was professional and swift with the procedure. Within 20 mins I was already out with my required antibiotics and painkillers. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend Alice Garside at the Neem Tree. Full marks for enthusiasm and passion, which engages adults and children alike and promotes the desire to have cleaner teeth. Alice made a trip to the hygienist such a magical experience for my 8 year old, she cannot wait to return. She suggested I upgrade my old electric toothbrush to the new Oral B io (even suggested where had good offers on ) & the difference was instantly noticeable...only downside is I've ha the family 1 .

I am incredibly grateful to Neem Tree for booking me in to have an emergency out of hours appointment for a horrendous bout of toothache I was having last week. After calling at 4pm, the receptionist Perch did everything she could to ensure that a dentist could see me that day, and I went in at 8pm to have emergency treatment which allowed me to go on holiday the next day pain free! Despite the appointment being late at night (I was there until 9:45pm), both Dr Fernando Madeira and Ammara took their time to explain all of the options to me and really sought to get me out of pain. They were both lovely and gentle and I am incredibly grateful to the Neem Tree for their kindness and willingness to help. Ammara even emailed me the next day to check that I was ok and to wish me a nice holiday!I have recommended them to many of my friends in the area and would be very happy to return! Thank-you!

After recently relocating to Esher, I developed a dental problem. I joined the Neem Tree practice which was recommended by my daughter. And, I was not disappointed. I was extremely anxious as I had been to my previous dentist for 20 years before relocating. However, Dr Joana who I saw initially, put me at ease and gave me sound advice and treatment. I had to have root canal treatment. Doctor Nuno was compassionate and understanding besides being an experienced and competent dentist who specializes in root canal treatment. He was very thorough. Then, there is Mel on the desk who is always welcoming which one needs when visiting the dentist! Thank you for the outstanding treatment.

Everyone genuinely cares about excellent service and treatment, and Alice is without doubt the most thorough and best dental hygienist I have ever had. Had an absolutely magical experience at The Neem Tree one Sunday morning! Both my girls are petrified of visiting the dentist, and we can never usually make it through the door. I’ve been receiving treatment here for the past few years. Initially I urgently needed a hygienist and as several local friends recommended Alice I booked in with her. She’s simply amazing, beyond thorough (and quite obsessed by teeth and her craft!) and I left with my teeth feeling and looking better than they had in years. Through her I’ve then booked in for prolonged treatment including fillings and tricky upper molar extractions by the fabulous Dr Nuno. Then Invisalign with Aliki who has been brilliant on this journey. I’m only a few months in but it’s going well (so far!) and what is at times a frustrating process has been made as stress free as possible.

Alice Garside is an incredible hygienist. Her expertise, knowledge and professionalism coupled with her empathy and way of putting you at ease straight away is one of the many reasons I can’t recommend (and thank her) enough. A superb, caring and prompt service. Dr Mehra saw me for emergency treatment when my own dentist let me down despite me having intense pain. She quickly diagnosed the issue, treated the acute pain and sent me to the endodondist Dr Madeira. I was very impressed by his knowledge, he was very thorough and caring and explained everything to me step by step. I have such faith in the Neem Tree that I will be commuting from Birmingham to use them on a regular basis. An excellent and skilled team and I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

Alejandro was friendly and professional from the start. He made me feel at ease, and kept checking in that I was OK throughout my procedure with plenty of anaesthetic to make sure there was absolutely no pain at all. He did a really great job with no follow up issues.Whilst the whole team at Neem Tree wear all the necessary PPE during this covid period, it does mean you can’t see Alejandro’s Colombian charm but can hear it in his soothing voice.My teeth would gladly get checked up at Neem Tree again. 5 toothbrushes out of 5.

If I could, I'd leave a 10 out 5 stars. This practice is absolutely lovely. My mum had an emergency and they ended up reacting super fast and making time to see her on the same day. She now feels a lot better and can finally eat again. The whole staff is amazing and friendly. They made us feel like we are coming into a candy store and not a dental practice. The dentist was very gentle and considerate. I had to come in and translate for my mum since her English is not brilliant but they were very welcoming in any and all aspects. Later on she told me that she wasnt sure if the dentist was doing stuff or giving her a massage. This is how comfortable she felt in the chair and how well the people there are doing their jobs. The cleanness of the practice is also super comforting especially since its Covid weather and you feel safe and secure there. I would definitely recommend going here if you are in the area or surrounding areas.

All-round an exceptional experience. I first visited the practice to have a consultation with Dr Nuno Ferreira and I can honestly say that I have never had such an in-depth, professional and friendly experience with a dentist before. This same standard has been maintained in all subsequent appointments, with Dr Nuno Ferreira ensuring that all work is done correctly, even if it means sacrificing some of his spare time. My hygienist appointment with Dr Smita Mehra was equally as friendly and thorough and Mel always provides a warm welcome to the practice.

I recently joined Neem Tree practice after my previous dentist retired. All the staff are very welcoming and kind. They can't do enough for you. I had a wisdom tooth extracted last week and the extra after care has been terrific. I even had a phone call the next day to see how I was, something I've never had at any other practice!! Any concerns I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They may not be the cheapest around, but I would highly recommend them.

I just HAD to write a review of my experience at The Neem Tree Dental Practice. I’ve just left there today having had a crown which I have to admit I was so nervous about I’ve been worrying about it for two weeks! I’m probably the most terrified person to ever visit a dentist but my mind was completely put at ease when I first set foot in the door, by the lovely Mel on reception. It was an emergency appointment and I had been seen within hours of calling. What a team! That day I was seen by the wonderful Dr Joana whose kind and gentle nature was matched by her touch as she did a temporary filling to make my tooth temporarily safe. Then today I saw her husband, Dr Nuno, who I can only describe as a magician. I was in there for over 3 hours and not once did I feel the slightest twinge of pain, despite the hole being right by the nerve. Not only was he superb in ability but we had such a laugh, along with his very able and smiley assistant Carolina. We even watched the football at my request (well I don’t think Nuno saw much of it) but incredibly, I can only describe the afternoon as an extremely unexpected, almost enjoyable experience! I haven’t seen Alice, their hygienist, yet but I used to see her elsewhere and it was her who I followed to Esher. She too is out of this world brilliant! I can’t thank the team enough for their wonderful work, alongside such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Maybe finally after 60 years my fear of the dentist will disappear!

Also very COVID compliant.I had root canal and crown on one tooth and implant on adjacent gap.Everyone who works at the practice is incredibly friendly but more over extremely professional. From Mel at reception, to Carolina, Dr Joana and Dr Nuno. They take the time to explain the plan they recommend, full transparency with the costs and stick to what they promise.Nobody likes going to a dental surgery but if and when you have to go to one , I would highly recommend The Neem Tree.Bravo to all the team.

ALICE HYGIENIST: Alice has helped guide me to a new dental hygiene routine which has had such a great impact for me. The Neem Tree is an amazing dental practice. I have been going there for a few years now and have been having treatment to straighten my teeth, as well as a tooth replacement and the results are amazing. Joanna is fantastic - kind, friendly and very considerate. She explains all the treatment upfront and also all the options available, so you can make your own decisions.Before choosing the Neem Tree I had checked out a few other practices to ask about treatment, but I chose Joanna because she was honest and genuine and I felt I would get the best treatment and service. She is the best dentist I have ever had. I have also had treatment with Nuno, who is also fantastic and highly skilled. They are a great partnership and take pride in their work. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I can't believe I am saying this, especially as someone who has suffered rather extreme dental anxiety in the past, but I have actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist...! The team are fabulous, so friendly so attentive, so talented. I couldn't recommend them any higher. Joanna is possibly one of the funniest people ever (hygienist) and Shivani, is a dental whizz - such a light touch, I really had the loveliest experience with both of them, and I had extensive work (fillings, post and crown, 2 X hygienist appointments) - thank you ladies, you're wonderful.

I've been visiting the Neem Tree in Esher for several years. I've had a number of proceedures there and would never go anywhere else now. I honestly feel like I'm visiting friends when I visit and often stay for a chat! Mel on reception is fabulous and always greets you so warmly. Nuno and Shivani the dentists are fantastic and really put you at ease. I highly recommend this practise!

I went to The Neem Tree for the first time as the wait was too long to be seen at my usual practice for an emergency repair to my front teeth. All the staff were great, Super friendly and helpful. The Repair was done super quick and it looks great! Would happily use them again.

I’d had intermittent toothache for a couple of months and sent a photo of my lower teeth across to Dr Alejandro. He pointed out a small cavity in the back left tooth and advised a filling.Reaching 30 without any fillings I was quite anxious at the thought of having something affect the aesthetics of my teeth as I take great pride. Dr Alejandro reassured me that it wouldn’t be noticeable. Once the anaesthetic was injected, I felt nothing. I have to say, the results are amazing and I can’t even see where he’s placed the filling. The shape of the material looks just like my natural tooth.Thank you so much, Dr Alejandro!
